Rasmus started in the IT business in 1994 and has worked at various companies including RSA, BMC, and CA, with a combined 17 years at Dell Technologies.

Andris Gailitis — Delska CEO Delska

Chief Executive Officer

Andris has led the company since 1999 (CTO, then CEO of DEAC in 2005). In 2022, he also became CEO of DLC; both merged into Delska in 2024. He holds an IT degree from RTU and previously worked at Riga Water and RTU. From 2011–2021, he was on the board of RadioTV. Under his leadership, Delska is expanding, with a new 10 MW facility in development.

Rihards started at one of Riga's first ISPs in 1995. Following 17 years in leadership in the telecommunications sector and experience at DEAC specializing in IT architecture, he now brings extensive expertise to Delska.
