  • Persons’ binary code (equivalent of a digital fingerprint).

• For the purposes of processing requests, inquiries and complaints from you, we process the following data:

  • The content of your request, inquiry or complaint and any information in connection with the inquiries;

  • Other information provided by the candidate at his/her own discretion.

• If you choose to contact us (by email, phone or through social media), we will keep a record of your inquiry and we may retain the content of our communication with you including your contact details and our replies.

• Information on how you use the features available on our Website. When you visit our Website, we also collect information on how you use the Website and our services or information relating to the automatically generated Website traffic statistics. We retain this type of data for a period of 10 years following the expiration of a contract or from the date we last had contact with you or negotiated with you regarding the conclusion of a contract.

• We process video surveillance data:
  • for the purposes of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation): to ensure the safety of people and property).

We retain this type of data for a period of up to 30 calendar days from the date of making video footage except for cases there are good reasons to believe that the footage has captured a crime or other illegal actions being committed (until the end of the respective investigation and/or court proceedings).

• We process the data stored on a magnetic access card and persons’ binary code:
  • on the basis of consent given by the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation)

We retain this type of data until the expiry of an employment contract concluded with the Company (with respect to employees) or until the expiry of a service agreement (with respect to clients).

• In order to process requests, inquiries and complaints from you, we process data:
  • for the purposes of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation)

We retain this type of data for a period of 1 year from the date that your request, inquiry or complaint is solved except for cases where the content of your message may be needed to protect the interests of the Company (e.g., in court or when replying to supervisory authorities – in such cases the retention period may be extended until the end of court proceedings and/or investigation.

• We may process data for direct marketing purposes:
  • on the basis of consent given by you (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation) (for marketing of our own products/services similar to those previously purchased by you); or
  • for the purposes of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation)

• For the purposes of selecting employees and interns for jobs or internship positions available at the Company, we process data:
  • on the basis of consent given by you (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation)
  • for the purposes of legitimate interests (Article 6(1) (f) of the Regulation)

We retain this type of data for a period of 3 months from the deadline for submitting of applications. If separate consent is obtained, the data of unsuccessful candidates may be stored for 1 year after the end of the selection process with the purpose of offering them to apply for newly opened positions in the future.

We only disclose your personal data to reliable third parties for the sole purpose of providing our services efficiently and properly fulfilling the purposes of our data processing. Your data may be made available to the following third parties:

• Our partners providing information technology, electronic communications, advertising, auditing, legal and other services;
• State supervisory and law enforcement authorities.

Service providers may have access to your personal data only to the extent required to provide you with a relevant service. We may also disclose your personal data to state supervisory or law enforcement authorities to the extent we are under statutory obligation to do so.

Duomenų tvarkymas – bet kuris su asmens duomenimis atliekamas veiksmas (pvz. rinkimas, įrašymas, saugojimas, prieigos suteikimas, perdavimas ir kt.).

Saugome jūsų Asmens duomenis ne ilgiau, nei to reikalauja nurodyti Asmens duomenų tvarkymo tikslai ar numato taikomi teisės aktai, jeigu juose yra nustatytas ilgesnis duomenų saugojimo terminas.

• Siekdami sudaryti paslaugų ir kitas sutartis, vykdyti savo sutartinius įsipareigojimus ir administruoti savo klientus, duomenis renkame:
  • siekdami įvykdyti sutartį (Reglamento 6 str. 1(b))
  • vykdydami teisines prievoles (Reglamento 6 str. 1(c))
  • turėdami teisėtą interesą (Reglamento 6 str. 1(f))

Šiuos duomenis saugome 10 metų po sutarties pasibaigimo, paskutinio bendradarbiavimo ar derybų dėl sutarties sudarymo dienos.

• Vaizdo stebėjimo duomenis tvarkome:
  • turėdami teisėtą interesą (Reglamento 6 str. 1(f)) – siekdami užtikrinti turto ir asmenų apsaugą.

Šiuos duomenis saugome iki 30 kalendorinių dienų nuo vaizdo užfiksavimo dienos, išskyrus atvejus, kai esama pagrindo manyti, kad yra užfiksuotas daromas nusikaltimas ar kiti neteisėti veiksmai (iki atitinkamo tyrimo ir (ar) bylos nagrinėjimo pabaigos).

• Magnetinėje įeigos kortelėje esančius duomenis ir asmenų binarinį kodą tvarkome:
  • turėdami asmenų sutikimą (Reglamento 6 str. 1(a))

Šiuos duomenis saugome iki su Bendrove sudarytos darbo sutarties (darbuotojų atžvilgiu) arba paslaugų teikimo (klientų atžvilgiu) sutarties pabaigos.

• Siekdami tvarkyti jūsų pateiktus prašymus, pasiteiravimus, paklausimus ir skundus, duomenis tvarkome:
  • turėdami teisėtą interesą (Reglamento 6 str. 1(f))

Šiuos duomenis saugome 1 metus po prašymo, pasiteiravimo ar skundo išsprendimo dienos, išskyrus tuos atvejus kai užklausos turinį gali reikėti panaudoti ginant Bendrovės interesus (pvz., teisme, atsakinėjant į priežiūros institucijų nurodymus) - tokiu atveju šie duomenys gali būti saugomi iki tokio proceso pabaigos.

• Tiesioginės rinkodaros tikslais duomenis galime tvarkyti:
  • turėdami jūsų sutikimą (Reglamento 6 str. 1(a)) arba
  • turėdami teisėtą interesą (Reglamento 6 str. 1(f)) (savo pačių panašių prekių/paslaugų rinkodarai)

Šiuos duomenis saugome 3 metus nuo sutikimo gavimo dienos, arba iki asmeniui išreiškiant nesutikimą su tiesiogine rinkodara. Atšaukti duotą sutikimą galite bet kuriuo metu su mumis susisiekę el. paštu [email protected].

• Darbuotojų ir praktikantų atrankos į mūsų siūlomas darbo ir praktikos vietas tikslu, duomenis tvarkome:
  • turėdami jūsų sutikimą (Reglamento 6 str. 1(a))
  • turėdami teisėtą interesą (Reglamento 6 str. 1(f))

Šiuos duomenis saugome 3 mėnesius nuo paraiškų pateikimo laiko pabaigos. Jei gaunamas atskiras sutikimas, neatrinktų kandidatų duomenys gali būti saugomi 1 metus po atrankos pabaigos su tikslu ateityje pasiūlyti aplikuoti į naujai atsilaisvinusią poziciją.

Jūsų Asmens duomenis perduodame tik patikimoms trečiosioms šalims ir tik siekdami kokybiškai vykdyti savo paslaugas bei tinkamai įgyvendinti Asmens duomenų tvarkymo tikslus. Jūsų duomenys gali būti perduodami:

• DELSKA grupės įmonėms – UAB „Rakrėjus“, DELSKA Latvia;
• Google duomenys perduodami į JAV. Duomenys tvarkomi laikantis „EU – US Data Privacy Framework“,kuris yra patvirtintas Europos Komisijos;
• LinkedIn duomenys perduodami į JAV. Duomenys tvarkomi laikantis „EU – US Data Privacy Framework“, kuris yra patvirtintas Europos Komisijos;
• Naujienlaiškių siuntimo platforma;
• Mūsų partneriams, teikiantiems informacinių technologijų, elektroninių ryšių, reklamos, audito, teisines ir kitas paslaugas;
• Valstybinėms priežiūros ir teisėsaugos institucijoms.

Paslaugų tiekėjams mes suteiksime tik tiek jūsų asmens duomenų, kiek bus būtina konkrečiai paslaugai atlikti, o valstybinėms priežiūros ir teisėsaugos institucijoms tiek, kiek tai būtina teisės aktuose numatytais atvejais.

Imamės visų veiksmų Asmens duomenų konfidencialumo pagal galiojančių teisės aktų reikalavimus užtikrinimui ir tinkamų techninių bei organizacinių priemonių, skirtų apsaugoti Asmens duomenis nuo neteisėtos prieigos, atskleidimo, atsitiktinio praradimo, pakeitimo ar sunaikinimo ar kitokio neteisėto tvarkymo.

Kiekvienas duomenų subjektas, t. y., kiekvienas iš jūsų, kurio Asmens duomenis tvarkome, turi šias teises:

• Pateikti prašymą gauti patvirtinimą, ar mes tvarkome su jumis susijusius Asmens duomenis ir jei tvarkome, prašyti susipažinti su tvarkomais Asmens duomenimis ir su jais susijusia informacija;
• Pateikti prašymą ištaisyti arba, atsižvelgiant į Asmens duomenų tvarkymo tikslus, papildyti neišsamius Asmens duomenis;
• Prašyti ištrinti informaciją, kurią turime apie jus, jeigu ją naudojame neteisėtai;
• Pateikti prašymą apriboti Asmens duomenų tvarkymą, jei ginčijate duomenų tikslumą ar prieštaraujate duomenų tvarkymui, nesutinkate, kad būtų ištrinti neteisėtai tvarkomi jūsų Asmens duomenys, ar duomenų jums reikia, siekiant pareikšti, vykdyti arba apginti teisinius reikalavimus;
• Pateikti prašymą perkelti (gauti) tuos Asmens duomenis, kuriuos mums pateikėte pagal sutartį ar su sutikimu ir kuriuos mes tvarkome automatizuotomis priemonėmis, bendrai naudojama elektronine forma;
