Delska, a brand initially formed by two regional data center and network operators, Lithuania’s Data Logistics Center (DLC) and Latvia’s DEAC, with over 25 years of experience in the industry, has expanded its data centers portfolio and acquired RackRay.

Not only will RackRay join the Delska brand, but on June 1, 2025, UAB Rakrėjus (RackRay) will also undergo a legal merger with UAB Duomenų logistikos centras (DLC) to form a single legal entity, which has been recently renamed to UAB DELSKA Lithuania. This merger will bring Delska closer to its goal of building a strong regional data center and network ecosystem. A group of companies will strengthen the reliability and protection of their solutions and systems, ensuring the seamless operation of customers’ IT infrastructure, and offer high-speed networks in multiple locations.

Andris Gailītis, the CEO of Delska, comments:

“With RackRay joining Delska companies’ group, we are moving forward with the ambition to expand Delska data centers’ portfolio and transform into a prominent IT partner, ready to meet the IT requirements of our customers from over 40 countries. Our strength lies in custom IT solutions for every business need, and we support customers’ growing demands for data centers' power, capacities and security.”

RackRay customers are welcome to contact their currently appointed account managers for details of the merger process and the next steps. Alternatively, they can address their questions via the general Delska email [email protected].
