As informed earlier, in June 2024, Data Logistics Center (DLC) merged with Latvian DEAC to form the new Delska brand. Although both companies continue to operate as separate legal entities, the legal name of UAB "Duomenų logistikos centras" was changed to UAB "DELSKA Lithuania" as of April 25th, 2025.
This change represents a natural progression in the rebranding process. Changing the company's name does not affect transactions, rights, or obligations. Existing contracts will not be affected, as the company's registration number, address, bank account number, and other details remain the same. Customers, partners and suppliers are requested to update the changed company details in their databases and indicate the new company name in documents, invoices and bank transfers.

Earlier this month, Latvian SIA “Digitālās Ekonomikas Attīstības Centrs”, also part of the Delska group of companies, officially became SIA “DELSKA Latvia”.
Moreover, another market player is about to join the Delska group of companies, thus strengthening Delska regional data centers, network infrastructure, and service range. The details of the merger will be announced separately in the coming days.
