Last summer, DEAC merged with Lithuanian Duomenų Logistikos Centras (DLC) to form the new Delska brand. Although both companies continue to operate as separate legal entities, the legal name of SIA “Digitālās Ekonomikas Attīstības Centrs” was changed to SIA “DELSKA Latvia” as of April 1st, 2025.
This change is a natural next step in the rebranding process. Existing customer contracts will not be affected, as the company's registration number, address, bank account number, and other company details remain the same.
Andris Gailītis, the CEO of Delska, explains the change:
"As the companies within the group work more closely together, changing the legal name is a consequent move in the process of our companies’ rebranding."
This year, UAB Duomenų logistikos centras is also expected to become UAB DELSKA Lithuania, and another market player will join the group, thereby strengthening Delska's data centers and network infrastructure and service range in the regional market. The upcoming changes will be announced separately.
